Today, we use all freeze dried ingredients and put them into a Mason jar or Mylar food storage bag to make an easy to rehydrate meal on the go. You can also substitute the egg noodles for rice and have chicken rice soup. We are going to a fun place to rehydrate these meals in a jar recipes, so enjoy!
