Happy Halloween! I have to incorporate some kind of Halloween or Pumpkin ingredient in this week’s video and who doesn’t like coffee? Simple freeze drying recipe with simple ingredients. The best part is it will store long term and you don’t need refrigeration for this creamer. I used oat milk, but you could use skim or whole as well. I used oat milk because it is thick like heavy cream but does not have a high fat content. This makes it a suitable ingredient for long term storage.
