I like to make freeze dried flaxseed crackers. These are a daily single dose cracker that have lots of benefits to reducing your chances for heart disease like helping your body with cleansing toxins, lowering your blood pressure and they are high in fiber. I’m not a doctor (obviously) but flaxseed is a great way to inexpensively help your heart and a great way to use your freeze dryer.
