Don’t buy a small harvestright freeze dryer! That’s what I would have said BEFORE the “Pro” model Harvestright freeze dryers were available. Now that all models have an additional tray and many improvements, the small harvestright freeze dryer makes sense for the majority of new freeze dryers. The cost is lower, the machine runs quieter, and the footprint of the freeze dryer can fit in the smallest of workspaces. With the added tray on the small, it can now do close to the same capacity as the previous model medium and costs several hundred dollars less. Before now, I had no desire to own a small freeze dryer, but now have added one to my freeze dryer “collection.” Watch this video to the end to find out all the changes that have been made and the many benefits of owning a small Harvestright freeze dryer.
